join our growing team in Fort Worth, TX . Since 1993, DSSW has been

—and our team is the heart of that mission. What You’ll Do: As a
DBMD Case Manager , you’ll play a vital role in coordinating and
monitoring services for individuals with Deaf Blind Multiple
Disabilities. You’ll ensure that each client receives the care and
support they need to thrive. Key Responsibilities: Oversee
day-to-day activities and service delivery for your assigned
caseload. Ensure compliance with DBMD program guidelines and
licensure standards. Maintain accurate and timely documentation and
billing. Build strong, supportive relationships with clients,
families, vendors, and team members. Participate in training,
quality improvement, and on-call duties as needed. Travel locally
for client visits and community engagement. What You Bring: We’re
looking for someone who is not only qualified but also deeply
committed to making a difference. Qualifications: Education and
experience in health and human services (see full criteria below).
Proficiency in communication methods used by individuals with
disabilities (e.g., ASL, tactile symbols). Strong computer skills
(MS Word, Excel, database software). Reliable transportation, valid
TX driver’s license, and auto insurance. CPR and First Aid
certification (in-person only). Ability to type 35 WPM with 80%
accuracy and demonstrate Excel proficiency. Education/Experience
Options: Bachelor’s degree 2 years of direct service experience, OR
Associate’s degree 4 years of experience, OR High school diploma 6
