13 Weeks - Start Date: 03/09/2026 - Schedule: Day Shift – 4x10
Hours (12:00 PM – 10:30 PM) - Weekend Requirement: Every Third
Weekend (variable based on schedule) - Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours
per Week - Work Location: 1600 11th St, Wichita Falls, TX 76301
Requirements - PharmD Required - Pharmacy Residency Training
Required - Acute/Inpatient Hospital Pharmacy Experience Required -
Minimum 1 year of experience - Trauma Level II Experience Required
- Adult Medicine, ED, and/or NICU experience preferred - Epic
Experience Required/Preferred - Active Texas Pharmacist License (in
hand before start date) - BLS Required (ACLS/NIHSS required with
submission per compliance) - Flu Vaccine Required
