acuity patients Description: This position is for a Registered
Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery. The role involves working
in a high risk obstetrical unit. The nurse will be responsible for
managing cases of high risk obstetrics, including labor and
delivery. Key duties include assisting in vaginal deliveries,
c-sections, and post-delivery recovery care. Patient ratios will be
approximately 2:1 and 3:1. The nurse will utilize GE fetal monitors
for patient care. Documentation will be conducted using a specific
electronic system. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to float
to the antepartum unit as needed. Dress code includes wearing
scrubs, maintaining clean and healthy nails, and ensuring hair is
neat and clean. Visible piercings other than ears are prohibited.
Tattoos should be covered whenever possible. The role requires
