Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Cardiovascular ICU – Texas Start
Date: December 1, 2025 Location: Arlington, Texas Compensation:
Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Night Shift,
7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 2:1 nurse-to-patient ratio | Two weekend shifts
per two-week period | No on-call required Highlights: 16-bed
Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit specializing in post-operative
cardiac surgery and hemodynamic monitoring Advanced critical care
technology including Impella, CRRT (NextStage), Swan Ganz, arterial
lines, chest tubes, and ventilators Collaborative nursing team of
45 RNs with clinical nurse coordinator support on every shift
Meditech EMR system with GE monitoring and EV 1000 hemodynamic
platforms Travel nursing assignment with consistent 2:1 staffing
ratios ensuring manageable workload May float to Medical ICU, Neuro
Surgical ICU, or Cardiac Progressive Care as needed Requirements:
Active Texas RN license or compact state licensure Minimum 2 years
of recent critical care experience (Adult ICU, CVICU, Neuro ICU, or
similar) Ventilator management experience required Proficiency with
arterial lines, central lines, and chest tube management
CVICU-specific experience, CABG recovery, CRRT, and Impella
experience strongly preferred BSN and CCRN certification preferred
