Role Snapshot Position: Manager of Clinical Services, to provide
leadership and guidance to our interdisciplinary care teams. Focus:
Site leadership to ensure patients and families receive
high-quality, person-centered hospice care. Schedule: Full-time
Work Setting: Office-based with on-site leadership responsibilities
Coverage: Tarrant, Dallas, Johnson, Parker, Denton, Wise and Ellis
This full-time role follows a Monday through Friday schedule from
8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and includes participation in the on-call
rotation. The Manager balances staff supervision, care
coordination, and compliance oversight while fostering
collaboration across nursing, aide, social work, and spiritual care
disciplines. Overview The Manager of Clinical Services provides
direct supervision and leadership to hospice interdisciplinary
teams, including registered nurses, hospice aides, social workers,
chaplains, and other assigned clinical staff. This role is
responsible for ensuring high-quality, person-centered care is
delivered to patients and families across the service area. The
Manager supports care planning, staff development, compliance, and
team collaboration while functioning as a key liaison between
clinical teams and organizational leadership. Assignments may
include direct oversight of a geographic patient care team or a
function-based team such as After Hours or Admissions. Key
Responsibilities Provide direct supervision to assigned
interdisciplinary team members, including performance oversight,
coaching, and delegation of responsibilities. Ensure clinical care
is delivered according to the individualized plan of care and in
accordance with hospice regulations, organizational policies, and
professional standards. Coordinate and facilitate weekly IDG
meetings when assigned to patient-facing care teams, ensuring
interdisciplinary communication and plan of care updates. Review
clinical documentation for timeliness, completeness, and compliance
with regulatory requirements. Support patient care transitions and
collaborate with the Director of Clinical Services on staffing and
caseload distribution. Provide real-time coaching and intervention
to staff regarding symptom management, family dynamics, ethical
concerns, or complex care needs. Participate in the hiring,
orientation, training, and evaluation of clinical staff in
collaboration with Human Resources and the Director of Clinical
Services. Maintain awareness of and respond to quality, safety, and
service concerns within the team; implement corrective actions as
appropriate. Assist in scheduling and coverage planning to ensure
patient needs are met, including after-hours or weekend situations
as needed. Participate in QAPI and compliance activities and
implement improvement initiatives related to clinical quality and
staff performance. Model professionalism, accountability, and
compassionate care in all interactions with patients, families, and
team members. Support documentation audits, surveys, or
accreditation processes as assigned. Provide weekend or after-hours
leadership support as requested by the Director of Clinical
Services. Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications Current
RN license in good standing with ability to practice in the state
of employment. Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
preferred. Minimum of three (3) years clinical experience in
hospice, palliative care, or related setting required. Minimum of
one (1) year leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Current CPR certification. Strong clinical judgment, communication,
and organizational skills. Proficient in electronic medical record
systems and Microsoft Office. Ability to work in home and facility
settings with reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

compensation range for this position is shown below and reflects
the expected pay range for the role. Arc Hospice & Palliative Care
is committed to transparency and equity in all compensation
practices. Final pay is determined based on factors such as
experience, licensure, location, and business needs at the time of
hire. Some roles may be eligible for additional compensation
components consistent with Arc Hospice & Palliative Care practices.
Compensation $80,000—$95,000 USD Arc Hospice & Palliative Care is
