Experience: • 12 months of role experience is required with some in
the last 12 months. Requirements: • This role may require floating
to additional units and locations • Local & travel allowed. • COVID
vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical
declinations accepted. • 6 months gap required between for Staff at
Program: Supplemental Program - Texas Health Resources and no
current placement allowed at Program: Supplemental Program - Texas
Health Resources. Pre-employment modules may be required for this
role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have
to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process. Additional
Details: Required Skills/Experience: - Must posses recent Cath Lab
and IR experience. - Must be able to use C-ARM. Required
Credentials: CMRT. Shift & Scheduling: Call 8/9 days per month;
After hours call is required. 7 days maximum time off 2 references
from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required
for submission Driver’s license required for submission
Certifications: • BLS (Basic Life Support) • CI (Cardiac
Interventional Radiography) or the alternative certifications RCIS,
