Job Description:

Aveanna Healthcare, a leader in providing diversified home healthcare services, is currently seeking compassionate and highly skilled Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our team for night shifts. This position focuses on delivering high acuity care to patients in their homes, performing critical duties while ensuring comfort and improving overall patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will handle complex care routines, closely monitoring patient conditions and collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to enhance the quality of home health services. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients within their homes Monitor patient health and document symptoms and vital signs Administer medications, provide wound care, and other personalized interventions Interpret patient information and make critical decisions about needed actions Collaborate with registered nurses, doctors, and therapists to implement care plans Educate patients and their families on proper home health care strategies and procedures Comply with all safety and health regulations regarding patient care and use of equipment Strong clinical skills in a high acuity nursing environment Proficient in using medical software and patient care technologies Excellent observational and decision-making skills Adept in effective communication and interpersonal relations Ability to handle emotional and physical stress Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Current LVN License CPR/First Aid Certification Valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation
