and education. The Role Position: Division Chief, Pediatric Urology
Location: Dallas, Texas Reporting Relationship: Claus G. Roehrborn,
MD, Professor and Chair, Department of Urology Website: Key
Responsibilities: - Set and execute strategic vision for the
division - Oversee clinical operations, financial performance, and
quality improvement initiatives - Mentor faculty, fellows, and
residents; foster a culture of teamwork and accountability -
Advance research, education, and clinical missions in collaboration
with multidisciplinary teams - Lead through major campus expansion
and innovation in pediatric care The Candidate The ideal candidate
is a visionary leader with: - Board certification in Urology
(American Board of Urology) and subspecialty certification in
Pediatric Urology - Minimum 5 years’ clinical experience in
pediatric urology - Demonstrated success in academic leadership,
quality improvement, and team building - Eligibility for Texas
medical licensure - Commitment to advancing clinical quality,
