Job Title: X-Ray Technologist Profession: X-Ray Technologist Specialty: X-Ray Technologist Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 06:45 PM - 07:00 AM Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: At least one year of acute clinical radiology experience preferred License: Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by State Certifications: ARRT-R & CT ARRT required, Current BCLS (AHA), Venipuncture certificate Must-Have: - Familiarity with State and Federal regulations - Proficient computer skills - Knowledge of mobile and stationary Radiographic/Fluoroscopic equipment - Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology - Graduate of a program accredited by JRCERT Description: Monday through Thursday schedule, 7 PM to 7 AM. Licensure and fluoroscopy permit are required by state regulations. ARRT-R & CT ARRT certification is mandatory. Familiarity with state and federal regulations is essential. Current BCLS (AHA) certification is required. A minimum of one year of experience as a Radiology Technologist is preferred. Proficient computer skills are necessary. Knowledge of mobile and stationary Radiographic/Fluoroscopic equipment is a requirement. Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology is essential. Candidates must be a graduate of a program accredited by JRCERT. A venipuncture certificate, with proficiency in starting IVs for contrast injections, is required.
