Maintain a safe environment and nurture nursing practice to improve patient outcomes. QUALIFICATIONS /n /n - EDUCATION - Nursing Degree /n - EXPERIENCE - Must have Charge Nurse or other leadership experience 3yr minimum of CVICU experience /n - CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION -Registered Nurse (RN) /n - Basic Life Support (BLS) or obtain within 30 days of hire or transfer. /n
