They work with other health care staff to deliver patient care effectively. Our Registered Nurses use the nursing process efficiently. They diagnose patient responses to health issues and create care plans accordingly. It includes evaluating healthcare needs and responses. /n Essential Functions of the Role /n /n - Prioritize needs. Create, implement, and assess care plan to achieve outcomes. Adapt plan as necessary. /n - Observe indicators closely, support evidence-based changes with research and hands-on learning. /n - Create a caring, safe environment for patients, families, and staff. /n - Build relationships with boundaries in mind. Qualifications - Completion of an accredited course or have at least 2 years of experience surpassing the minimal qualification required. - Field of Study: The applicable major should be nursing. - A minimum of 2 years in a relevant role is expected. - Certification: Hold a BLS certificate now or obtain within 30 days of starting in this role. - Registered Nurse License
