LanceSoft is seeking a local contract Physical Therapist for a local contract job in Flower Mond, Texas. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Physical Therapist - Discipline: Therapy - Start Date: 06/24/2025 - Duration: 51 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Local Contract Job Summary The Physical Therapist evaluates, diagnoses, and develops individualized treatment plans to restore function, improve mobility, and decrease pain. This role involves working collaboratively with physicians and clinical teams to help patients regain their prior functional levels. Key Responsibilities - Assess and develop treatment plans based on patient needs. - Implement rehabilitation strategies to improve strength, posture, balance, and endurance. - Document progress, evaluate findings, and adjust treatment strategies. - Work with physicians and clinical teams to maximize patient independence. - Perform strength, range of motion, and motor function tests. - Administer manual exercises, massage, and other interventions. - Educate patients and families on at-home treatment procedures. Schedule & Work Requirements - Monday & Wednesday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM - Tuesday & Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM - Friday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM Benefits - Up to $5000 Sign-On Bonus and Negotiable. - Health, dental, vision benefits, 401K and $1500 annual CCU coverage. - Professional development opportunities.
