Your responsibilities include promoting top-tier nursing practices and ensuring a nurturing environment. You play a key role in planning, policy formation, resource allocation, and improvement efforts. Designing educational programs and providing nursing care is also essential. Essential Functions of the Role Shape the future of nursing practice in your specific area. Make sure your team stays updated with practice standards. Advocate for the use of evidence-based practices and research. Cultivate a compassionate space for both patients and staff. Uphold the highest standards of service. Execute the succession plan in your department. Create strategies for staff and patients in line with the organization's priorities.
