  Job Summary and Qualifications
  Provides leadership for service staff ensuring the quality and integrity of care delivered. Develops plan of care for service based upon RN assessment/re-assessment. Is responsible for fiscal and human resource allocation based upon guidelines
  What qualifications you will need:
  
  • 
    
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
    
  • If hired after 6/1/12, BSN required within 24 months of hire into RN position.
    
  • OR experience required
    
  • Management experience required and competent in pre-operative practice
    
  • Current RN license in the State of Texas or compact license
    
  • Current AHA or ARC BLS provider.
    
  • CNOR preferred
    
  • ACLS and/or PALS within 6 months
