OverviewJob Title: Software Engineering Associate ManagerEmployer: PepsiCo, Inc.Location: 7701 Legacy Dr, Plano, Texas, 75024ResponsibilitiesDuties: Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end solutions using modern technologies such as React, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex front-end issues to ensure high performance, scalability, and seamless functionality of web applications. Follow best practices in front-end development, code quality, and performance optimization. Lead the design and implementation of new front-end features, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with UX, Product Management, and Backend teams. Develop cloud-based web applications on Azure for scalability, reliability, and security. Manage delivery impediments, risks, issues, and changes, and bring the latest technologies to the team.Telecommuting: Permitted 40% within normal commuting distance from the Plano, TX office.QualificationsJob Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with five (5) years of software development experience, or a Master's degree with two (2) years of experience. Must have experience with:

• JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 for responsive front-end applications
• Integrating front-end with backend services via RESTful API and GraphQL
• Version control tools for collaborationAdditional experience required includes:
  • Building and deploying cloud applications (4 years or 2 with Master's)
  • Front-end testing for reliability and performance (3 years or 2 with Master's)
  • Leading projects and guiding team members (2 years)
