Manager of Care Coordination and Medical Records

Compensation: $60K - $100K
Location: onsite in Lewisville, TX

Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Manager for the Care Coordination and Medical Records team. The Manager will oversee a team of 2-3 employees initially, with leadership responsibility for both the Care Coordination and Medical Records teams. The role also involves dotted-line collaboration with the Practice Operations, Billing, and Collections teams.

Travel: 10-25% to provide support and training throughout the country. Will support customer service lines of business across neruosicence and orthopedic divisions.

Job Description:

  • Customer Experience Strategy Development: Ability to map, design, and implement customer journey strategies that align with company goals and improve customer experience.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to gather and analyze feedback, as well as assess customer journeys to identify areas for innovation and improvement.
  • Legal Documentation Management: Experience handling subpoenas, affidavits, and maintaining documentation in a legal or healthcare setting.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to lead customer experience initiatives and manage projects from conception through execution.
  • Team Leadership: Skilled in training, guiding, and managing staff to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services aligned with brand standards.
  • Customer Relations: Expertise in managing and resolving customer complaints empathetically and promptly.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Ability to work closely with other teams such as Marketing, Sales, Operations, Billing, and Collections to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
  • Budgeting: Experience developing and managing a budget for customer experience improvements and related projects.
  • Customer Satisfaction Metrics: Familiarity with metrics like Net Promoter Score (NPS) and strategies for improving them.
    Qualifications:
    • 5+ years of experience in care coordination, medical records management, or customer experience, with an emphasis on plaintiff-side legal work.
    • Experience handling subpoenas and affidavits as part of a legal or healthcare-related role.
    • Prior experience working for a plaintiff personal injury law firm.
    • 2+ years of management experience, leading teams, and cross-functional projects.
    • Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred.
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools, legal databases, and reporting software.
