Job Description:

Our client is currently seeking an Engineering and Maintenance Manager for their beverage manufacturing facility in the DFW metroplex.Responsibilities:*Ensure all resources are being used efficiently and effectively*Ensure all subordinates and following all laws and guidelines including OSHA, EPA, DHEC, NEC and FDA guidelines*Direct mechanics for all maintenance work and ensure assignments are in relation to their skills*Control duration, cost, quality, and thoroughness of all work*Assign and direct all PPM work orders*Review and make adjustments to all planned job packages*Ensure safe work practices are followed*Oversee skills training and development of employees*Confirm all work is reported through the CMMS daily*Supervise all direct reports, complete reviews and provide feedbackRequirements:*BS degree required, Engineering degree preferred*5+ years technical experience in the food industry*5+ years' PLC experience*3+ years' capital project experience*Experience with TPM required*Experience managing salaried personnel*Strong analytical ability*Excellent communication skills*Proven leadership ability**Interested candidates are encourage to email current resumes to jhoms judge.com**UI 666129
