This individual will be leading a team focused on developing the strategy and capability for optimizing origination strategy to maximize value and manage credit risk. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering results, must be an innovative and strategic thinker, willing to challenge status quo, can learn quickly, is self-motivated and detail oriented. The position will lead a team and work with key leaders within the Customer Operations organization, as well as partner groups such as finance, compliance, legal, risk and technology.
