Plant Manager50,000 sq ft food manufacturing facility seeking a Plant Manager.What You Will Do:Maintain established manufacturing timelines for fresh, multi-da and frozen productEnsure compliance with our policy and standards for all manufactured products, such as employee safety, safe foods handling, general manufacturing protocols, and product quality assuranceActively manage daily production by maintaining a floor presence and exhibiting leadershipMinimize wasted effort, raw materials, and finished product, due to casual relationship/impact to customer cost and fiscal performanceDevelop, evaluate, and communicate plant production goals to management teamWhat You Need:Minimum of 5 years supervisory experienceMin imum of 5 years Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and OutlookBakery/Manufacturing experience preferredWhats In It For You:401k Retirement Plan with Employer Match (After 1 year)Paid time offHealth and Welfare InsuranceThe Reserves Network is a family-owned and veteran-founded company.
