ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

----- ----Project management of commercial building railing projects including but not limited to planning, scheduling, design coordination, installation coordination, and documentation.
----- ----Manage multiple projects concurrently.
----- ----Thorough understanding of VIVA contracted scope of work (SOW) and contract drawings and specifications.
----- ----Thorough understanding of contracted customer schedule.
----- ----Create & manage project schedules in conformance to customer needs & VIVA capabilities, communicate and update frequently the same with customer.
----- ----Direct & manage shop drawing design and approval process with attention to details.
----- ------Response to customer & internal communications per VIVA policy.
----- ----Process project change documentations documentation such as RFIs, ASIs, PRs, etc.
----- ----Process timely and accurate project pay applications and change orders.
----- ----Coordinate and track the submittal approval process.
----- ----Conduct field measurements.
----- ----Perform site visits and coordination meetings.
----- ----Coordinate installation schedule with customer and VIVA install team.
----- ----Any other duties as may be required pertaining to project management and estimating.--

--QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
-------------- Experienced with fabrication methods, anchorage, connections, and installation of structural steel and/or ornamental metal.
-------------- Experienced in the commercial building process and fluent in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
-------------- Construction related associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

-------------- Construction scheduling and project management software
-------------- Quantity take-off and estimating
-------------- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), MS Project
-------------- Learn and adapt to new software's, processes, and procedures.
