Acquisition Managerto provide leadership for a team of recruiters
and provide full cycle recruiting support for the organization. The
TA Manager will use creative sourcing techniques to attract,
recruit, interview, and recommend candidate placements for the
organization.Location address: Lewisville, Texas (Dallas/Fort

7-10 years of full-cycle recruitment experience and a minimum of
3-5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Supervisor or a

preparationPosition Purpose:The Talent Acquisition Manager supports
the Human Resource department and programs by providing full cycle
recruiting support: recruiting, interviewing, and recommending
candidate placement by using creative sourcing methods (internal
and external). Supervises and establishes procedures, practices,
work methods, and reporting to increase the effectiveness and
efficiency of recruiting operations and workflow processes.Manages
the performance, duties and goals of the assigned recruiting team,
ensuring productivity of the teams overall recruitment activity,
through training and coaching. Oversees and monitors daily activity
of recruiters, ensuring a qualified pipeline of candidates, review
and screening practices are followed, and activity and productivity
is aligned with the workforce-staffing plan. Responsible for direct
recruitment efforts for assigned positions, as needed. Develops and
implements recruiting plans and strategies, striving to bring in
the best people to fill company needs. Responsibilities include
talent acquisition, leadership recruitment, employment processing,
passive candidate sourcing and EEO compliance.Duties and
Responsibilities:Oversees the execution of the applicant flow
process in the Applicant Tracking System (Jobvite), including
requisition management, recruiting activity management, and
workforce planning.Prepare job announcements, screen applications,
and screen prospective employees for hourly and salaried
positions.Responsibilities include interviewing; planning,
assigning reviewing and directing work; evaluating and appraising
performance; addressing recruiting-related complaints and resolving
problems.Partner with business leaders at all levels of the
organization to understand needs and deliver solid recruiting
results. Influence a data-conscious recruiting function, analyzes
and provides key recruiting metrics and analytics to provide
insights, drive decision making, and measure productivity.Maintain
employment branding and the companys social media presence to
attract active, passive and future talent.Acts as liaison with area
employment agencies including negotiating and controlling
employment-related fees. Maximizes overall transaction accuracy and
efficiency as related to the application and recruiting processes,
through data analysis, reporting, and systems process
oversight.Monitors and analyzes the state of recruiting related
tasks and alerts management team to any issues or concerns.
Recommend recruiting and process improvements.Sources candidates
(internal/external) for applicant slate to refer to hiring
managers. Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain
feedback regarding recruiting process.Communicates important
employment information during delivery of job offers (e.g.,
benefits, compensation, medical/drug screening). Develop
recruitment strategies to help develop proactive candidate
pipelines.Post job openings and recruit candidates utilizing
passive recruitment strategies; including social media, networking
partnerships and targeted search techniques.Maintain partnerships
with outside employment agencies, coordinates external staffing
needs and functions as the primary staffing contact for the
business.Leads and assists in special projects including process
improvements, as assigned.Responsible for completion of I-9
documentation and new hire documentation collection &
retention.Carries out management responsibilities in accordance
with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Performs other
related duties as required and assigned. Qualifications:Bachelors
Degree in Human Resources or a related field required, or
equivalent work-related experience7-10 years of full-cycle
recruitment experienceMinimum of 3-5 years of experience as a
Talent Acquisition Supervisor or leader of a recruitment
functionMinimum 3-5 years of previous recruitment experience with
manual labor / technician related rolesPrevious experience working
in a dual-role capacity, recruiting and leadingPrior experience
working in Retail is preferredProficient in Microsoft Office
systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and prior experience with
Jobvite is strongly preferred.Prior experience with recruitment
metrics, analyzing data and developing recruitment related
reporting.Proven ability to develop and maintain positive working
relationships with employees and external contactsPrevious
experience on-boarding candidates and conducting pre-employment
verifications Knowledge of current personnel practices and labor &
employment law.Excellent communication, interpersonal and
organizational skills.Must enjoy candidate research, passive
candidate outreach, and be able to work in a fast paced, high
activity environment.Previous experience utilizing social media
