Lead Development ManagerThe Lead Development Manager is responsible for managing the analysis, programming and configuration of IT Systems Software. This job advises developers on best methods of software development and code creation. Working with the leadership team, this job provides project leadership for software development activities.Key Responsibilities and DutiesManages performance of team through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of exceptional products and engagement, motivation and development of team.Monitors development work to make sure resulting software meets established goals.Manages the identification of business needs, conducts requirements gathering, and defines scope and objectives for the IT System.Manages the configuration, customization, diagnosis and enhancements of operating systems software.Advises the development and implementation of new products, processes and operational plans.Oversees training of users on new or modified software.Qualifications5 Years Required; 7 Years PreferredUniversity (Degree), PreferredAdditional Education RequirementsBachelor's Degree Physical RequirementsPhysical Requirements: Sedentary WorkPreferred EducationUniversity (Degree)Career Level 9PLTIAA is seeking a Sr. Manager, Lead DevOps Manager who will have responsibility implementing DevOps strategies and methods through the development and deployment process for technical solutions. This role will lead a DevOps team, monitor project workflow, and ensure the finished product meets quality and reliability standards. The DevOps Team specializes in DevOps Release Automation, Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment.The ideal candidate will have in-depth DevOps experience; experience managing a DevOps team that is comprised of engineers and developers. In addition, possess an understanding of virtualization, containerization, cloud platforms and possess a strong background in web application development and hosting technologies. The candidate should have a deep awareness of IT Operational Management Controls, Release governance, and Change Management process. They will need to have the ability to design, engineer, develop and influence automation strategies for applications and platforms hosted on the public and private platforms. -The candidate will need to develop and maintain relationships with all the lines of business to align their requirements and deliver innovative solutions. This position can be located in our Charlotte, NC, Iselin, NJ, New York City, NY, Chicago, IL, Denver, CO, Broomfield, CO and Dallas, TX office.Key Responsibilities and DutiesLead team to evaluate, engineer, develop and test automation solutions, and promote the value of automation. -Lead team to identify and act on automating new application and platform deployments that lead to business value.Design solutions to leverage CI/CD Pipelines for fast, reliable, and consistent deployments.Provide strategy to engineer existing and new solutions for operational efficiency using automation tools enhancing productivity and reducing cost. -Provide automation strategy for cloud-agnostic products and evangelize opportunities to leverage Public Cloud where appropriate.Lead, inspire, coach, and mentor the team of developers and engineers while growing their technical skills.Build trusting relationships with key business stakeholders to align/influence business and IT architecture.Foster cross-functional team collaboration to ensure engineered solutions meet availability, performance, resiliency, security, and operational efficiency criteria. -Champion an inclusive and diverse global mindset to attract a diverse talent pool that includes effective coaching and development.Manage entitlement reviews and implement cyber security/audit controls for release automation toolsAddress ITRC risks and breaks on time and develop treatment plansMaking recommendations, gaining approval, and developing implementation strategies for new technologies.Evaluating and recommending product selection to ensure that organizational goals to achieve the security, reliability, and performance -Required SkillsMinimum of 5 years' experience leading automation teams;
