Job Description:
The National Director (ND) of Talent is responsible for
developing and leading a comprehensive talent strategy that ensures
all positions are filled with top talent who see ResponsiveEd as a
place where they are able to grow and build a career, and
supporting leaders to be outstanding people managers. The ND of
Talent ensures the development and execution of optimum people
experiences from a candidate's first contact with ResponsiveEd
through their entire experience with us, including a welcoming,
informative onboarding experience led by their manager and
supported by home office processes and resources. They also serve
as a human capital expert, ensuring achievement of the key human
capital objectives: staff retention and strong organizational
health. The ND of Talent partners closely with senior leadership of
Human Resources and Executive teams to create a cohesive continuum
and work in partnership.
About You:The ideal candidate is a collaborative, hands-on member
of the leadership team skilled at designing and executing strategic
organizational roadmaps to build a strong, people-first culture
where every staff member feels valued, motivated, and engaged. They
have a proven track record of enlisting, developing, and retaining
exceptional talent and lead with a high level of emotional
intelligence (EQ), excelling at building trusting relationships
with both internal and external stakeholders. They will also
bring,
- Knowledge in all recruiting components including, but not limited
to, sourcing, selection, networking, assessment, and relationship
management - Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), social
media and hiring cycle workflows - A good understanding of
employment laws and regulations relevant to the recruitment
function - Ability to set and balance short- and long-term
priorities and drive change within a dynamic and decentralized
environment - Effective project management skills and ability to
manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

Acquisition Partners, Talent Data Analyst, Talent Coordinator
