This role does require weekend availability , balanced by two consistent days off during the week. What You’ll Be Doing Perform undercar repairs including: Brake systems (pads, rotors, calipers) Suspension and steering components Shocks, struts, control arms, ball joints, tie rods Support the Rack Attack inspection process , including underhood, mid-rise, and high-rise inspections Complete assigned repairs efficiently and accurately Work within a structured system designed to keep bays full Maintain safety, quality, and cleanliness standards Important: Technicians are not responsible for selling work or building inspections . The Rack Attack process is handled by designated staff so you can focus on turning hours and producing quality work.
