As a Manufacturing Quality Engineer you will: Drive FMEA activities to ensure product is manufactured to the highest quality standards Work closely with Design & Manufacturing Engineers to ensure product & processes are designed with product quality as a top priority Lead Root Cause Analysis & Containment efforts for any manufacturing defects or quality deviations Analyze failure data to drive continuous improvement projects across all aspects of manufacturing Design and implement quality control plans, including inspection and testing procedures for incoming materials and finished products. Collaborate with Suppliers and Internal Supply Chain teams to define & communicate quality standards Conduct process validations, including equipment qualification and process stability studies, to ensure manufacturing processes meet quality standards Support validation of product changes, and onsite FAI efforts Qualifications 6 years in Quality, Manufacturing, or Design Engineering Proven experience in developing quality systems in a product launch environment Demonstrated understanding of Manufacturing Quality Systems, and statistical analysis Direct experience collaborating with Design Engineering, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing Teams Strong attention to detail, and demonstrated ability to identify & resolve quality defects Understanding and interpretation of engineering drawings Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering discipline Additional Requirements Willing to work extended hours and weekends if needed $150,000 - $180,000 a year The above range is the salary range.
