will take charge of supplier quality operations to drive

ownership Job Details Lead supplier quality activities—audits,
first article inspections, issue resolution. Partner with vendors
to resolve defects, reduce risk, and improve performance. Create
test plans, control documents, and quality reports that actually
make sense. Drive investigations using 8D, root cause, and
corrective action tools. Collaborate cross-functionally across
engineering, procurement, and manufacturing. Maintain compliance
with ISO 9001 and internal company standards. Speak Mandarin in
real-world business and technical scenarios. What You Need:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or quality-related field 3 years
in manufacturing quality (solar, auto, or electronics preferred)
Experience with AIAG tools (PPAP, FMEA, Cpk, SPC, etc.) Knowledge
of SAP or similar ERP platforms Six Sigma cert or lean
manufacturing mindset Mandarin and English (verbal & written) is a
