We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Geotechnical Engineer to join our construction team. As a Permanent Geotechnical Engineer, you will be responsible for providing geotechnical expertise to support our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in ASTM D698, geology, drilling, and ER 1110-1-1807.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct geotechnical investigations and provide recommendations for foundation design, slope stability, and earthwork construction.
• Prepare geotechnical reports and construction recommendations based on field observations, laboratory testing, and engineering analysis.
• Provide technical support to project managers, construction teams, and clients on geotechnical issues.
• Perform field work, including drilling, sampling, and testing of soil and rock materials.
• Manage and supervise subcontractors and laboratory testing services.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and project specifications.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical presentations to clients. Job Details
  
  Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience in geotechnical engineering, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Knowledge of ASTM D698, geology, drilling, and ER 1110-1-1807.
  • Experience in geotechnical field investigations, laboratory testing, and engineering analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
