Language Pathologist for a local contract job in Keller, Texas. Job
Description & Requirements - Specialty: Speech Language Pathologist
- Discipline: School Services - Duration: 14 weeks - 37.5 hours per
week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Local Contract -
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – (CCC) - Primary Purpose:
Provide speech-language therapy services to students with
communication disorders, helping them succeed in their educational
program. Position Details: Location: Keller, TX Pay: Starting at
$49/hr Schedules: M-F - 7.5hrs/day = 37.5hrs/week Qualifications: -
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology - Texas SLP License
(TDLR) - ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) Skills &
Experience: - Knowledge of assessment tools, therapy strategies,
and behavior management - Strong communication, collaboration, and
organizational skills - Ability to meet deadlines - 1 year of
supervised clinical experience Responsibilities: - Evaluate and
provide therapy for students with speech/language disorders -
Develop and implement IEP goals and track student progress -
Participate in ARD meetings and collaborate with teachers and
parents - Provide training to school staff on communication
strategies - Maintain records and ensure compliance with
state/federal guidelines - Supervise SLP assistants when assigned.
Work Environment:/n/n- School-based setting with occasional
travel/n/n- Requires standing, sitting, and occasional lifting (up
to 45 lbs.)/n/n- Must handle interruptions and maintain emotional
