RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role- required. Excellent communication skills. Both written and verbal. High organizational and attention to detail abilities. ("Checklist" personality thrives in this role.) Comfortable with engaging in meaningful conversations. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
