We are growing and seeking a Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) Licensed P&C Customer Service Representative who is motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping clients while driving agency growth. Position Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, youll be the primary point of contact for policyholders, assisting with policy servicing, resolving inquiries, and supporting retention efforts. While primarily a service role, this position includes strong cross-sell and win-back sales opportunities, offering both stability and high earning potential.
