(CSR) – Carrollton, TX Pay: $19–$21/hr (DOE) Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Location: Carrollton, TX Type:
Temp-to-hire Job Summary We’re hiring a Customer Service
Representative to support customers with order entry, updates, and
general account assistance. This role is ideal for someone who
communicates well, stays organized, and enjoys being the go-to
person for helping customers and keeping orders on track. Key
Responsibilities Answer inbound calls/emails and assist customers
with questions, requests, and basic troubleshooting Process
customer orders accurately (order entry, updates, confirmations)
Provide order status updates, tracking information, and estimated
delivery times Coordinate with internal teams
(warehouse/shipping/sales) to resolve order issues and ensure
timely fulfillment Document customer interactions and maintain
accurate records in the system Handle returns/credits or escalate
concerns when needed Requirements 1 year of customer service
experience (office, call center, distribution, or manufacturing
environment a plus) Strong communication skills (phone/email) and a
customer-first mindset Comfortable with computers and data entry;
able to learn internal systems (ERP/CRM experience is a plus)
Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced
setting Preferred (Nice to Have) Experience with order processing,
shipping/logistics, or invoicing Microsoft Office (Outlook/Excel)
Work Environment Office setting with regular phone and computer
