Entry Level Management member to join our robust team, supporting
the AT&T campaign. This is a venerable opportunity to be the
voice of AT&T, providing exceptional service and building
lasting customer relationships to expand brand awareness. As an
Entry Level Management member, you will be the primary point of
contact for our customers assisting them with a wide range of
inquiries and ensuring their experience with services is positive
and seamless. The Entry Level Management role will utilize
excellent communication and problem-solving skills to address
needs, build trust, and contribute to overall customer
satisfaction. Entry Level Management Responsibilities: Actively
listen to customers to understand their inquiries and concerns to
best find solutions that will work for them Assist customers with
troubleshooting related to billing, service issues, technical
difficulties, and account information. Process all sales orders for
customers based on the product and/or service they are interested
in Use problem solving skills and service knowledge to resolve
customer issues, escalating complex problems when needed Provide
clear and accurate information to customers regarding internet,
phone, TV, and wireless services, as well as available plans and
promotions Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and
resolutions in the designated systems Continuously expand your
knowledge of AT&T's evolving products, services, and promotions
relevant
