Job Description:
The Mixed Construction Superintendent is responsible for
overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction startup and
commissioning for ensuring alignment with the contract documents
and project schedule. Client Details My client has built a strong

matter of months. Description My client is seeking a highly skilled
Superintendent with a proven track record in mixed commercial
construction . This role requires strong field leadership, deep
knowledge of construction processes, and the ability to manage
fast-paced, high-volume job sites across multiple commercial
sectors-including office, retail, hospitality, and light
industrial. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day field
operations on mixed commercial construction sites, ensuring all
work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality
standards. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and field
personnel to maintain workflow and meet project milestones. Enforce
safety protocols and site cleanliness, conducting regular
inspections and ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and
company standards. Collaborate with project managers and engineers
to review drawings, resolve field issues, and maintain alignment
with project scope. Monitor scheduling and sequencing of work,
proactively identifying and resolving potential delays or
conflicts. Serve as the on-site point of contact for clients,
inspectors, and consultants, maintaining clear communication and a
professional representation of the company. Profile Core
qualifications include: Strong understanding of building codes,
OSHA regulations, and commercial construction standards Proficient
in reading and interpreting blueprints, schedules, and project
specifications Experience with scheduling software (e.g., MS
Project, Procore, Primavera) Excellent leadership, communication,
and conflict resolution skills A track record of delivering
projects on time, within scope, and under budget OSHA 30
certification (or ability to obtain) preferred Experience in the
DFW market or similar metropolitan area is a plus Job Offer
