This exciting role as a Marketing Specialist - Publications will assist in the management of ACD Product Publications including the overall development, production, and maintenance of product literature to support activities at the trade and consumer levels, such as specification sheets, submittal sheets, sales fact sheets, contractor brochures, consumer brochures, product guides, warranty certificates/guides and other materials/tools in digital and/or printed formats as directed by strategic objectives. Also responsible for the online product representation (product images, features, publications) on internal customer portals and customer facing websites for all brands.

This position will serve our Air Conditioning Division, located in Lewisville, Texas.

What You'll Do

• Assist with managing the implementation of the publications project plan to achieve strategic objectives and support marketing commercialization plans
• Development and implement technically accurate division publications that support brand messaging, including, trade and consumer levels, such as contractor brochures, technical literature, consumer literature, program literature, warranty certificates/guides and other materials/tools in digital and/or printed format.
• Work with internal and external customers on marketing publication needs
• Manage online publication eCommerce store and activities
• Review daily activity of print suppliers to ensure effective project management, timely project completion, quality, and efficient use of resources to achieve planned objectives within budget
• Provide support and coordination of development and implementation for print-based marketing communications initiatives
• Monitor printed literature usage trends and inventory levels weekly and report to management as directed. Request quotations and approve printing and design invoices for payment
• Pursue ways to improve overall quality of publications and production efficiencies through regular reviews of internal and supplier technologies and processes that impact development cost, timely completion and distribution of materials
• Set up and maintain online product representation for internal customer portals and customer facing websites for all brands
• Other duties as assigned.Job Qualifications
  
  What You Need
  
  • Some experience within a Marketing-based role. Internship experience welcome.
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, communications, design or in a related field
  • Thorough knowledge and expertise in Adobe suite programs
  • Demonstrated ability to work and maintain good judgment in fast-paced environments while managing workload and priorities.
  • Ability to take design and content feedback and incorporate it quickly.
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment with marketing team to proactively direct results and meet deadlines.
  • Must possess and demonstrate proficiency in the following competency areas: ethics/Integrity, accountability, adaptability, flexibility, dependability, teamwork (collaborative teaming skills), interpersonal skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, written and verbal communication Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers, and the consumer.)
