Arteriors is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team to assist with the creation, coordination and management of marketing projects and events. Arteriors is a high-growth, dynamic home furnishings wholesaler with an employee-centered culture that stresses achieving results and having fun along the journey. Our award-winning lighting, accent furniture, mirrors and accessories are frequently featured in shelter magazines like Architectural Digest and Elle Decor. Our products are also a favorite among TV and movie set designers.Key Responsibilities include assistance and coordination in the following areas:Social Media

• Manage Social Media by monitoring comments, tags, posts and responding to product/customer service inquiries across all social media channels
• Create Instagram reels and support social media video content as needed
• Liaise with social media agency with branded creative social media assets and internal digital calendar
• Upload images and ID products for shopping tags on Pinterest boards
• Manage user-generated content in Candid archive including: aggregating images, labeling with product names/user handle, selecting images to post in Google Drive
• Social media advertising tracking and reporting analytics
• Keep link tree site up to date with relevant shopping and event linksPublic Relations
  • Management and coordination of PR assets in partnership with NY and UK-based PR agencies
  • Support strategic marketing partnerships and showhouses with all product loans and returns
  • Proofreading a variety of marketing projects (emails, collateral, advertisements, press releases, editorial placements, etc.)
  • Awards review submissions, approve products and photography, track from submission to announcement, obtain badge assets
  • Assist with the execution, tracking and measurement of advertising/media buying opportunitiesProjects
    • Assistance with project management of job creation, job status, job completion for all marketing and visual merchandising projects in Basecamp and Monday.com platforms
    • Co-manage creative briefs for special projects such as brand campaigns, sales channel specific requests, and marketing agentsChannel Marketing
      • Support channel marketing requests including assets, sales tools, or swag. Will also assist with tradeshow activations including brochure and collateral fulfillment and event assistance. This Job Might Be for You If:
        • You have your Bachelor's Degree.
        • You had an internship, preferably in Marketing, PR or Social Channels, but not required.
        • You possess excellent Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook skills. Adobe InDesign & Photoshop a plus, but not required.
        • You have sound understanding of marketing principles. Effective understanding of the latest technologies and how to apply them in marketing.
