Description:As a medium-sized company with over 400 employees
located across North America, we have a high performing,
family-oriented team working together in support of our customer
first vision. We are looking for an Office Manager for our new
state of the art facility located in Lewisville, TX. The Office
Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive support in the
day-to-day operations of the Texas facility, including on-site
human resources administration. This position creates and maintains
a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational
effectiveness, communication, and safety. The ideal candidate has
warehouse/production management experience. Consider joining a

with us! How you will spend your time: Oversee General office
operations and create and maintain a positive and pleasant working
environment.Provide high quality and sustainable administrative
support to all employees in our Lewisville facility.Greeting
customers and visitors to the office, ensuring guests are
comfortable and are connected with the right office personnel, and
answer and direct phone calls.Develop and implement office
administrative systems/procedures.Provide other administrative
support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings,
maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reportsManage
the front office operations including monitoring and ordering
inventory for office and break room supplies and running
errands.Coordinate meetings, seminars, special projects, and all
company events.Processing expenses and Purchase orders and credit
card reports.Maintain an adequate stock of office supplies.Book
flight tickets for staff traveling to other locations.Record and
process invoices and receipts of supplies.Post job advertisements
generated from HR on the bulletin board, screen DC and Production
hourly applicants in ADP, arranges onsite interviews, participates
in the selection process, maintains a spreadsheet tracking
applicants and ensures application for employment, self-disclosure
and mathematical tests are completed.Responds to and processes
various requests from managers, employees and others.Exercises
individual judgement when dealing with potential or real issues and
brings them to manager's attention.Conducts research, gathers data
and statistical reports, and maintains statistical
information.Interacts with and supplies information to employees,
department heads, and job applicants.Managing incoming and outgoing
correspondence, including emails, faxes, mail and packages.Filing
and organizing records, invoices and other important
documentation.Submitting work orders and scheduling repairs for
general office space and equipment.Ordering repairs for office
equipment and maintenance, connecting with and escorting
vendors.Organizing maintenance companies to keep the office clean
and safe and ensure its appliances are in good working order.Keeps
management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports;
summarizing information; identifying trends.Achieves financial
objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures,
analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.Contributes
to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Organize
and coordinate corporate events (team building, office parties,
training, etc.).Assist the HR team with the administration of HR
processes (Recruitment, Benefits, Onboarding, Off-boarding Health
and Safety). We're excited if you have:Possession of a Bachelor's
degree preferred. At least Five (5) years professional experience
in Warehouse/Production Management.Knowledge of modern principles
and practices of production, organization, administration,
logistics and management; productivity, production and personnel
reports and practices required.The skills of monitoring and
analyzing all processes related to warehousing production.
Planning, coordinating and directing varied and complex operations;
communicating clearly and effectively orally and in writing;
dealing constructively with conflict, collecting, analyzing, and
interpreting data from a wide variety of sources and taking
appropriate action; and selecting, supervising, training, and
evaluating employees.Knowledge of computer systems, WMS, forklift,
scales, RF devices, conveyor system, carousels, ticket printers,
label printers, shipping system, ESD equipment, auto bagger and PC.
Special re-packaging tools. The ability to lift up to 70 lbs.,
