This position is vital for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of Fidelity Investments’ financial information, influencing key investment decisions and strategies. Oversee the daily operations and strategic direction of the valuation team. Develop and implement robust valuation models and methodologies. Ensure compliance with all relevant local and international valuation standards. Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure best practices. Provide insightful analysis and reports to senior management on valuation matters. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends impacting valuations. Strong analytical and quantitative skills Expertise in financial modeling and valuation methods Proficient in using financial software and databases Excellent leadership and team management abilities Effective communication and reporting skills Strong understanding of financial regulations and guidelines Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k CFA Charterholder preferred Certification in Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA) or similar
