Job Title: Bilingual Credit Associate – Full Desk (Distribution Industry) Location : Addison, TX | Onsite (Hybrid once ramped up) Pay: 65,000 to 75,000 BOE Shift : Full-time, business hours KEY DUTIES • Assist with the credit process for a multi-branch region • Make independent credit decisions and manage risk within set authority • Engage directly with customers, sales teams, and branch leaders to resolve AR issues • Ensure legal and lien compliance to secure payment rights • Serve as a key resource to your team MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS • Solid grasp of bond/lien law and related compliance workflows • Background in credit and collections with 3 years of experience in distribution environment • Strong understanding of financials, credit tools, and AR trends • Comfortable leading conversations with executives, customers, and legal teams Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years’ experience EQUIPMENT & Systems - Advanced Excel – vlook ups, pivot tables, Solar Eclipse, Get Paid, chat GPT • Requires strong computer literacy and multi-system use By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
