Job Description:

Our client in the McKinney area is seeking a Sr. Accounting Consultant to assist their department with system implementation. The Sr. Accounting Consultant will have experience in the following. Duties and responsibilities: Lead and support finance and accounting teams through all phases of a system implementation Set up and test inventory modules, including BOMs, cost accounting, and valuation methods Provide accounting expertise (preferrable cost accounting) to ensure accurate standard cost development and variance analysis Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess current workflows and assist with data mapping and migration Strong understanding GAAP with emphasis on WIP, overhead burdens, inventories, and roll-forwards Qualifications: 7 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in ERP or system implementation project Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA a plus Manufacturing or Cost Accounting experience is strongly preferred Experience with Innergy software is a plus Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
