Our core values shape our culture and provide direction for everything we do Job Details We are seeking an FP&A Manager to join our growing team. You will play a critical role in strategic decision-making processes, financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Responsibilities: Partner with developers to ensure accurate and timely forecasting and analysis. Will be responsible for: Owning the numbers in partnership with developer Engage effectively with all functional areas within the company to become a trusted partner in support of the financial analysis process Build and manage project budgets and schedules Prepare month-end reporting of financial results to internal management by providing detailed review of results assess revenue and expense and identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Prepare month-end summary reports to executive team with variance analysis: actual vs budget (Month and YTD), current forecast vs prior forecast, and current year actuals vs prior year actuals (Month and YTD) Ad hoc reporting and analysis on an as-needed basis Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within the construction or real estate development industry Proven experience in the approval of budgets Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to direct and manage a team Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills Proficiency in financial modelling techniques Interested in hearing more?
