per year A bit about us: We are seeking an experienced and
dedicated Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager to join our dynamic
Accounting and Finance team. This key role will be responsible for
managing our company's tax planning and compliance with a focus on
optimizing our tax strategies. The ideal candidate will have a
strong background in private equity / hedge funds with a focus on
investment management partnerships. They should have a proven track
record in managing tax functions, and a passion for staying
up-to-date with the latest tax laws and regulations. This is an

/> Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the tax reporting,
compliance, and planning for a diverse portfolio of alternative
investment partnerships, including private equity, hedge funds,
venture capital, and real estate. Review and analyze partnership
agreements, financial statements, and other documents to ensure
accurate tax reporting and compliance. Prepare and review K-1s,
UBTI, and other tax forms and schedules. Collaborate with internal
and external partners to provide tax advisory services, including
structuring, due diligence, and other tax planning initiatives.
Research and interpret tax laws and regulations to ensure
compliance and identify tax planning opportunities. Lead and mentor
a team of tax professionals, fostering a culture of continuous
learning and improvement. Participate in the development and
implementation of tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and
risks. Respond to tax-related inquiries from partners and
investors, providing clear and concise explanations and
recommendations. Stay abreast of current tax developments and
trends in the alternative investment industry and communicate
relevant updates to the team and partners. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A
Master's degree in Taxation or a CPA certification is highly
preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management for
alternative investment partnerships. In-depth knowledge of
partnership tax law, including private equity, hedge funds, venture
capital, real estate, UBI, and K-1. Proven track record of managing
and delivering high-quality tax services to alternative investment
partnerships. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and
decision-making skills. Strong leadership skills with the ability
to mentor and develop a team. Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate
complex tax issues to non-tax professionals. Proficient in tax
software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work in a
fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously,
and meet deadlines. High degree of professionalism and integrity,
with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
