We are seeking an experienced and strategic Controller to join our leadership team and oversee all financial activities of the organization. Job Details Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. Professional certifications such as CPA or CMA are strongly preferred. Industry experience in Property & Casualty insurance 5–10 years of progressive experience in financial management or accounting within the property and casualty insurance industry. At least 3 years of leadership experience, ideally at the Director or Senior Manager level. Comprehensive understanding of U.S. GAAP and Statutory Accounting Principles (SSAP), with deep familiarity with insurance industry regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards. Proficiency with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle Netsuite, or specialized insurance software).
