Job Overview:

The Junior Payroll Tax Associate (Associate) will be part of a team responsible for PSC's payroll tax compliance. Reporting to the Payroll Tax Supervisor (PTS), the Associate is responsible for various US Federal, State and Local taxes including employee withholding, filing and payment responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Provide payroll tax support to a growing, successful multi-state company
• Management of employee and employer records in the payroll system
• Prepare, review and process government tax returns and payments
• Research employment tax matters in collaboration with the PTS and others in Tax and Finance
• Participation in a team focused on technology initiatives and strategic development Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from 4-year college or university in Accounting or related field
  • A minimum of five (3) years payroll tax experience, including federal and multi-state
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Self-disciplined and motivated
  • Attention to detail, constant process improvement vigilance, and ability to diligently meet recurring deadlines
