Award Winning Company: Overhead Door Company is an International Dealer of the Year by the International Door Association (IDA) and a multi-year recipient of the Consumer Choice Awards!Key Responsibilities:Oversee the accounting and analysis for 56 Sales Centers using multiple ERP systems (Oracle, JDE and MXP) including the month-end and year-end close process.Direct the annual physical inventory count and reconciliation.Prepare the annual financial budgets including sales, operating income, inventory and headcount metrics. Collaborate with the Sales Center Operations Management team to ensure commitment and understanding of budget requirements. Drive achievement of annual budget through monthly reviews, financial analysis, and training.Analyze monthly financial performance and provide executive management with interpretation and reporting of results.Support conversion to Oracle ERP by providing pre and post go-live support.Cooperate and respond to questions from internal departments and internal/external audit requests.Participate in a wide variety of projects or tasks as assigned.Orient, train, coach and discipline employee(s). Communicate job expectations and evaluate job performance.Education and Qualifications:Eight to ten years of experience in financial positions of increasing responsibility, including 3-5 years in public accounting in the audit discipline and the remainder in manufacturing or distribution, with revenues > $50M.Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required, Masters preferred.CPA preferred.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Results and detail oriented, "hands-on" leader.Leadership and professional attributes demonstrating the potential for promotion.Knowledge of Oracle ERP and Oracle Hyperion Essbase is a plus.Proactive, decisive, and motivational; sensitive to employee relations.Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to understand and interpret the impact of distribution accounting on our financial results.Solid organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.About the Company: Overhead Door Corporation is a team of over 4000 employees; 16 manufacturing facilities; and 78 regional sales, service, and installation centers.
