Job Description:
We have an immediate need for an experienced and highly
motivated Accounting Clerk with experience in A/P and A/R.
Organized, self-starter with basic bookkeeping skills:
Create customer invoices.
Create customer deposit receipts.
Process credit card payments.
Post vendor bills.
Reconcile vendor statements.
Filing
General office/administrative duties
Any additional duties assigned by the controller and/or the
assistant accounting manager
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years accounting experience.
Proficient in Excel, QuickBooks, Word, Outlook
Attention to detail. Accurate record keeping
Ability to identify and report records discrepancies.
Pay range $15.00 - $18.00 per hour, based on experience.
