Job Description:

PrideStaff Financial has partnered with our Lewisville based client in search of a dynamic A/R Cash Applications Specialist to join their team!

Compensation: $20/hour

Schedule: M-F 8-5

JOB DUTIES:

• Receive daily lockbox deposit
• Timely, accurate posting of high volume payments
• Balancing posted batches to reports
• Balancing closing registers daily
• Handling customer service calls regarding account status and/or payments
• Respond to requests from various departments
  Collections and Billing tasks would also be assigned.
  
  REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
  
  • Experience in an Accounts Receivable role. Heavy focus on cash applications or credit card posting for commercial accounts, reconciliations, research and resolution preferred
  • Must be able to multi-task, with excellent organizational abilities & attention to detail
  • Excellent computer skills, including advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, v lookups, formulas, etc.) preferred
  • Can work at a fast pace
  • Must be a quick leaner, and easily adapt to change
  • Strong communication and exceptional interpersonal skills; be a team player
  • SAP experience is highly preferred
  • High School Diploma
