Job Description:

VIVA Railings, LLC, a leader in Architectural Railing Systems, is now accepting resumes for an experienced Accounting Billing Clerk for our Lewisville office.

Our ideal candidate is dependable, driven, goal-oriented, organized and able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment, working as a team player as well.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- - - - - Generate monthly billings into web-based accounting portal system and accounting software.

- - - - - - - - - Compile, format and upload accounting documents using software applications.

- - - - - - - - - Gather, process and disburse information between customers and project management team.

Skills and Qualifications:

Associates/Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, preferred.

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Experience in construction related billing preferred, but not required.

Excellent time management and organizational skills allowing for the ability to prioritize, support and anticipate needs with initiative and enthusiasm

Demonstrates positive communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal interactions with co-workers and customers

Proficient with MS office, especially Excel
