Job Description:

VIVA Railings, LLC, a leader in Architectural Railing Systems, is now accepting resumes for an experienced Accounting Billing Clerk for our Lewisville office.
Our ideal candidate is dependable, driven, goal-oriented, organized and able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment, working as a team player as well.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- - - - -Generate monthly billings into web-based accounting portal system and accounting software.
- - - - - - - - - Compile, format and upload accounting documents using software applications.
- - - - - - - - - Gather, process and disburse information between customers and project management team.
Skills and Qualifications:

• 
  
• Associates/Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, preferred.
  
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  
• Experience in construction related billing preferred, but not required.
  
• Excellent time management and organizational skills allowing for the ability to prioritize, support and anticipate needs with initiative and enthusiasm
  
• Demonstrates positive communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal interactions with co-workers and customers
  
• Proficient with MS office, especially Excel
